Multi Port System |
Nexus has introduced the outstanding new Multi Port system for the N90 Master and the F4 Pro housings. This new Multi Port allows changing from Auto Focus to Manual focus underwater. This new port system will work with five lenses using the same Multi Port Extension body, either the ME-4 for the F4 Pro housing or the ME-5 for the Master housing.The Multi Port components are available separately. Please refer to the Multi Port sections in the Catalog pages for component part prices.

Multi Port 105 for 105mm AF Micro Nikkor f2.8
The Multi Port 105 is the heart of the Multi Port system. By itself it accommodates the 105 AF Micro Nikkor f/2.8, and allows shifting from autofocus to manual focus underwater. Using the Multi Port 105 (MLP-105-4 for the F4 Pro or the MLP-105-5 for the Master) different conversion Kits allow this Multi Port 105 to be used with the Nikkor AF Micro 60mm f/2.8, 200mm f/4, 70~180 Micro Zoom f/4.5-5.6 lenses, and the Sigma 180 Macro lens (Kit to be released shortly).

click for large imageNote: To use the MLP70-180-5 with any Nexus housings the lens tripod collar must first be removed. A 62mm filter (it can be only the metal ring without glass) is required to be attached to the front of the lens in order to attach the 70-180 Lens Support. In order to use the lens with the Master housings the Auto Focus linkage must be removed for the Master housing body.
In order to use the lens with the F4 Pro housing withthe DA-20 Action Finder and Centerweighted or Matrix metering, set the exposure compensation dial for focusing screens on the viewfinder to -1/2.
